These people are the most incompetent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with; yet they act like it is just ‘business as usual’. They have no empathy for the massive amounts of consumer time and money in trying to solve their problems. The boss. ‘Mike’ told me repeatedly how busy he was; as did several of his minions; yet they had no empathy for my wasted time! They only performed part of the repair and then returned the camera without the battery and the original paperwork I asked them to be especially careful with as I needed them to make Nikon live up to their warranty. I have not received the battery ( or papers ) six weeks later and about as many promises. nI sent for and received higher capacity after market batteries within 48 hours when I needed to lad a non-profit Wilderness Study Area trip. nBobnCheyenne, WyomingU.S.A.
